This policy details the fulfillment and transit times for all orders placed through Sign Kings.
Order Fulfillment
All orders placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
Shipping Carriers and Origin

Shipping Carriers: We primarily use UPS and FedEx for all shipments. The carrier used for your order is subject to change based on the package size, weight, and current transit conditions.

Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our facility in Pennsylvania, USA.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location within the United States:

Estimated Transit Time: Shipping typically takes 1 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday).

International Shipping: For shipping outside the U.S., transit times will vary significantly based on the destination and customs processing.

Customs and Duties: For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with the shipment.

Transit Conditions: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, carrier delays, or other events outside of our control.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund or return is processed, consistent with the custom nature of our products.
Custom Order Disclaimer (No Returns)
Due to the personalized nature of our custom signs, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, customer errors, or design preferences.
A return or replacement will only be granted if the product is:

Defective due to manufacturing error.

Damaged during transit.

Incorrect and does not match the approved final proof.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item falls into one of the categories above, you must contact us to initiate a claim immediately.

Notification Window: You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Evidence: You must provide clear photographs of the product, the defect, and the shipping box.

Resolution: If the defect is confirmed, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Return Shipping and Packaging Instructions
If a return is necessary to process a replacement (e.g., for carrier inspection):

Packaging: Please return the products in the same box in which the items were originally shipped. If the original box is unavailable, please use a comparable box that allows you to securely pack the items to prevent damage in transit.

Condition: Items must be returned in great shape (beyond the original defect or damage).
Carrier Claims and Refunds
If the product is damaged in transit, a carrier claim will be filed, which may temporarily slow the return or replacement process.

Claim Denial: If the carrier claim is denied for any reason (e.g., failure to package the item correctly for return, or customer interference with the inspection process), a full return or replacement will not be granted. The final determination of a denial will be at our discretion based on the carrier's report.
